Store Team Member - TCG Focus

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our small business family. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pokémon, Magic, or any of our other TCG's. We are looking to make a family friendly environment that anyone can come and be a part of at our downtown location!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide guidance on playable cards as well as sealed product.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays, re-pricing product, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana, or our other TCG's.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Ability to supervise or lead team members when necessary is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 22 per week
