The Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) are currently recruiting for our high performing team in Topeka as a Field Representative for the Audit and Investigation Department.
Responsibilities include:
Thrilling Investigations: Dive deep into the world of employment compliance as you conduct investigations into employer status, successorships, and classification of employees. Uncover potential SUTA dumping activities and make critical determinations that shape the employment landscape.

Minimum Requirements:
Valid Kansas drivers license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Requirements:
Experience and/or knowledge in Kansas UI laws, investigative techniques, and accounting practices.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Public Administration or related study
Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Problem solving, analytical thinking, verbal and written communication, customer service, and fact gathering techniques.
