gov) Internal candidates will be given first consideration. Job Duties : This is a highly responsible supervisory position.
The work involves the coordination of the various activities and subordinate personnel to ensure that case processing systems and procedures are efficient, effective, and compatible throughout the court.
This position suggests and implements changes in procedure and maintains systems of case processing, issuance of service of process, writ and warrants, docketing, indexing, receipt and disbursement of monies, and the filing, transfer, and movement of court records.
Knowledge of court procedure, local rules and policies, legal documents, laws, and legal factors pertaining to the various divisions and functions of the Kansas Judicial Branch.
Knowledge of modern office practice, ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and ability to make decisions in accordance with laws, regulations, court policies, and procedures.
Course work at an accredited two- or four-year college or university may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to two years of the required experience.
