Job duties: This is a clerical position involving typing, transcribing, filing, receptionist duties and other assigned tasks requiring skilled operation of computer and office equipment. May perform duties independently or as part of a team. Incumbent will perform office and administrative duties under the direction of Chief Court Services Officer and/or Court Administrator.
Required education and experience: Graduation from high school.
Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is preferred. Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word preferred. Employees must interact well with the public, including both written and verbal communication skills. Good typing skills, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are beneficial.
