What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Imaging and Billing Clerk position at KANSAS MEDICAL CENTER, LLC?
Cypress Cardiology Clinic has an immediate need to add a records and billing assistant to the team. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Good organizational skills are a must, good attendance is required, being flexible and willing to learn is key. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and comfortable using multiple computer programs simultaneously throughout the day to accomplish tasks such as patient registration and encounters, attaching reports to medical records, sending medical reports to internal and external users, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience in cardiology/heart clinic would be beneficial; experience with Cerner would be very beneficial.
