Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
- Gathering information from current and potential clients.
- Maintaining insurance records and preparing documents.
- Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the insurance industry with a Property & Casualty license is preferred. Familiarity with insurance terminology and Ezlynx management system. Strong organization skills and good work ethic are required.
