Associate Dentist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in community activities to promote a positive image of the company
- Collaborate with the team during morning huddles to plan daily tasks and express appreciation for each other's contributions
- Care for a predominantly pediatric patient base, with up to 70% comprised of children aged 3-21
Our Practice Features:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Ongoing OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A 1:1 ratio of hygienists to providers, along with dental assistants
- Patient demographics include primarily children aged 3-21 and up to 30% adult population
- Office workflow consists of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- Mixed payor mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network providers

Requirements:
