Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team of professionals who share our passion for delivering quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
- Guiding parents and patients through our entire treatment process
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Experience is great, but not always required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
