Job Description
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Delivering direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
- Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Experience is great, but not always required
- Proficiency in speaking another language is highly valued
