Kansas Youth Dental & Braces - a Benevis company seeks an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Salary and Benefits Package
As a full-time Associate Dentist, you can expect a salary in excess of 200k, plus uncapped earning potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans, which are paid for by the company. You will also have access to a 401(k) Retirement Plan and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage. Office Environment
Our office flow averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, providing a steady stream of patients for you to care for. Our office has a supportive team atmosphere, with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider. You will have the opportunity to participate in team activities that promote collaboration and patient appreciation.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and be licensed to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (in required states) are also necessary. Experience working with kids and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are highly valued.
