Dental Associate Role
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our team as a Dental Associate. As a key member of our staff, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice has a range of advanced technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- We have a patient base primarily consisting of children aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population (depending on location).
- Our office flow includes an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
We offer a competitive salary in excess of $200k, with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and guaranteed base pay. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (for certain states).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
