As a Service & Installation Executive, you will be the key relationship holder between Kantar and our US panel members. You will work closely with operations colleagues and other functions to deliver an exceptional client-centric service for our panel. Your primary responsibilities include:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be a team player who is happy to lend a hand when needed and have a proactive approach to your work. Some weekend working is required, so flexibility around shift timings is essential. Fluency in English is necessary, with Spanish desirable.

About the Role:
As a Service & Installation Executive, you will be the key relationship holder between Kantar and our US panel members. You will work closely with operations colleagues and other functions to deliver an exceptional client-centric service for our panel. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Working remotely with panel members to install and maintain metering equipment and software in their homes.
- Providing outstanding customer service and being part of a professionally minded team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members.
- Making outgoing calls to panel members to follow up on potential compliance issues or technical faults with the metering.
- Performing interactive tests and quality checks.
- Capturing information from about the equipment in the panel members' homes and updating a central database.
- Educating and encouraging panel members in the correct use and care of the metering equipment.
- Accurately logging and reporting panel home activity as required.
- Collaborating with others to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment.
- Collaborating with Continuous Improvement (CI) agents to identify and address areas for improvement in the service.
- Providing support on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Conducting validation checks to identify any issues with data held against a home that could impact data processing.
- Working with the wider team to ensure SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and project deadlines are met.
