Job Overview:
Preparing and serving drinks and food in a restaurant setting using classic (fundamental) techniques, utilizing fresh ingredients, and providing excellent customer service. Experience preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements:
· Basic computer application skills
· Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed.
· Regularly required to work in a team setting.
· Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
· Frequently required to stand and walk around for extended periods of time.
· Proficient vision level for reading, viewing monitors, and other hardware components.
· Regularly required to work under pressure in a high stress environment.
License/Certification:
· Liquor License (Required)

Working Conditions:
Physical/Environmental- This position may require occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 40 pounds. Duties are typically performed in a fast paced, moderate volume restaurant. Regularly required to use a computer keyboard, mouse, monitor, and telephone. Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing. Frequently required to walk/stand for extended periods of time, up to 100% of a normal work shift. Vision is expected to be at a level proficient for reading and viewing monitors and other hardware components. Restaurant environment of possible high stress during time of higher volume.
