The Energy Driver plays a key role in customer service, delivering energy products such as refined fuel, propane, lubricants, and ensuring the proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Additional duties include fostering employee unity through clear communication, collaboration, shared services, and upholding safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with energy products preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) with a tanker and hazmat endorsement LP certification or the ability to obtain and maintain the certification

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, questions, and complaints with patience and respect.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of energy products to customers and businesses.
- Follow directions and navigate routes efficiently for travel.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of energy products.
- Safely load and unload trucks.
- Accurately fill and label tanks, barrels, and totes.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure the integrity of the bulk plant.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, in compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain and repair vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues to management.
- Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety protocols and government regulations.
- Provide exceptional service by managing challenging situations, responding quickly to customer needs, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company goals.
- Attend training sessions to enhance job skills.
- Participate in safety and training meetings.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, employees, and management.
- Uphold safety awareness and consistently follow safety policies, procedures, and reporting protocols.
- Comply with all state and federal laws, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
