We have an opportunity for a Microbiologist to join our Quality Services (QS) team in the Microbiology lab reporting to the Lab Leader.

What you will do :
- Adhering to all GMP and safety precautions as outlined by the Kao Cincinnati Plant Leadership via written procedures and safety standards (i.e. SDS).
- Ensuring the lab is audit-ready and practicing good housekeeping.
- Complete testing in a GMP-compliant environment per internal methods.
- Support corporate quality programs with consumer complaint and PET testing.
- Monitor Plant environmental through routine sampling.
- Record testing results in controlled datasheets, notebooks, and SAP-QM.
- Comply with all established good documentation practices.
- Document and investigate OOS results to identify any laboratory error.
