You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate person for help if you're not able to help directly.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Proactively communicate with customers to deepen our relationship with them
- Communicate with customers about their billing, required documents and help them maintain all the discounts they deserve
- Use clear communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
