Hours – two weeks of 6x10s then roll into 7x12s. 7x12s with 13×1
Duration – 2.5 month to 3 months (could be extended)
Location – Bay City , TX
- Need for Turnaround Scheduler with 3 -5 years of Refinery TA Experience ASAP
- Minimum of 3 Years Scheduling Turnarounds within Refineries utilizing Primavera
- Must have experience as Scheduler on a TA
- Must have thorough understanding of Priority Leveling Resource practices.
- Must be able to do reporting by exporting data from Primavera 6 and utilizing excel for S-Curves, Histograms, etc.
Schedulers Description:
Overall responsibility for the project or turnaround work plan and schedule development and updating. In particular, position is accountable for:
- Report weekly progress of Scheduling Deliverables to TA Manager
- Experience Exporting/Importing from Excel and SAP into and out of Primavera.
- Experienced with Reporting from EXCEL (Three part S-Curves, histograms, etc. )
- Must understand Databases and plans from planners and Excel to enter into P6
- Extensive understanding planning, scheduling and the execution of turnarounds
- Assist in and develop planning milestones for TA
- Determine and Report Critical Path
- Levels Schedule using priority leveling to obtain an optimized work schedule
- Import full detailed Job Plans with Required Activity Codes using Excel, Database or SAP
- Determine activity relationships and create logical ties according to planning premises
- Develop critical path and analyze
- Produce daily reporting during Execution (3 Shift Look Ahead, Milestone Summaries, etc…)
