Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and qualify inbound leads, systematically converting them into long-term clients
* Employ a candid yet caring approach to prospecting new opportunities in the market
* Represent Kapco Futures at industry events as an educational and trustworthy resource
* Manage CRM data with efficiency, ensuring all client interactions are captured and up to date
* Collaborate with other teams within the firm to ensure a cohesive client experience
Requirements:
* Entry-level to 3 years of experience in agriculture or financial services
* Driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Ability to obtain a Series 3 license within 30 days of hire
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
*Must be able to pass background check (no felony convictions or theft)
Compensation:
* Base salary of $45,000 plus commission
* First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $84,000
