Toolroom Coordinator - Kapco Grafton, WI

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates tool and die maintenance repair, die improvement projects, and in-press trouble shooting.
- Participates in new product review as requested and monitors tooling repairs and modifications for on time completion.
- Collaborates with scheduling/planning and production teams to ensure priority on die repairs and die changeovers meet demand.
- Stops production to prevent non-conforming product manufacture.
- Participates on improvement teams and continuous improvement projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Tool & Die Journeyman's card and a minimum of 10 years experience in tool and die making required.
- Prior experience working within CAD/CAM software preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with progressive and complete draw and form dies preferred.
- A background working within a stamping facility or similar preferred.
