Kapella Roofing and Global Construction are key divisions of Kapella Group. We’re a fast growing General Construction company focusing on desperately needed markets: Multi family housing and Senior assisted living. Headquartered in Centennial, CO, we operate in two secondary markets: Arizona and Florida.
As a Marketing Specialist, the individual will be instrumental in scaling inbound marketing efforts during a period of rapid growth. This role encompasses ownership of key initiatives across content, digital marketing and social media management, events, and ABM campaigns to drive high-quality leads for Business Development. Collaboration with product and sales teams will be essential to create compelling narratives that showcase the company's value to construction firms.
Responsible for increasing brand recognition, cultivating new business within commercial construction and renovation, this role will play a vital role in Kapella’s aggressive growth plan. We are looking for professionals with superior Business Development and marketing skills who want to grow with a fast moving company. In this role, you will be implementing marketing strategies, researching the market potential clients, making outbound calls and connecting with potential clients as well as hands-on with our creative collateral. The position provides an opportunity to build and own critical parts of the marketing function in a business with product-market fit and a clear growth trajectory.
Essential Position Functions:
- Digital marketing: Oversee the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Networking Event Coordination: Assist in setting up, facilitating, and completing marketing events
- Social Media: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, etc)
- Company branding and image
- Website content and advisory for overall design and user experience
- Lead Generation from sources within the commercial construction industry
- Email marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness
Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Optimize lead generation through SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Track and analyze lead performance to improve conversion rates.
Brand Development & Positioning:
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and branding across all marketing materials.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:
- Oversee website management, content development, and SEO optimization.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage and grow the audience.
- Develop case studies, blogs, newsletters, and video content to showcase expertise.
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Provide marketing materials, pitch decks, and proposal support to sales teams.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Analyze customer journey insights to enhance marketing efforts.
Event & Trade Show Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing efforts for industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Develop event-specific marketing collateral, sponsorships, and engagement strategies.
- Track ROI on event participation and optimize future event strategies.
Marketing Performance Analytics:
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to monitor marketing-driven lead generation and conversions.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication
- Strong Research Skills to uncover industry trends
- Proficiency in using tools like WordPress, Adobe, Canva and Excel
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Passion about engaging with others in the industry
- Creative eye for marketing strategy and digital collateral
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
