Job Description :
The Customer Success Representative will provide vital support to our sales team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone ready to grow with the company. Initially, your primary responsibility will be maintaining inboxes, managing tickets, and learning the ins and outs of our business processes.
This role will involve close mentorship from our experienced team members, including direct support from our Customer Success Managers, and ongoing guidance from senior leadership. The ideal candidate is articulate, ambitious, and above all, humble, eager to contribute to the team's success while developing their own career path.
Responsibilities :
- Manage customer support inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with ticket resolution and provide support to other team members.
- Learn company products, services, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers for ongoing mentorship and training.
- Develop a solid foundation of the company's business model and service offerings.
