Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Junior to Mid-Level IT Process Analyst . This role is focused on documenting and standardizing internal IT processes to enhance operational clarity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in creating process flows and diagrams, using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint, while having a foundational understanding of IT operations. This position is ideal for someone who works well with guidance, is eager to learn, and thrives in a structured but evolving environment

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with IT leadership and team members to document existing IT operational processes.

Understand, capture, and document current-state IT processes.

Utilize appropriate tools to create visually engaging and easy-to-understand process visuals and documentation.

Work closely with IT staff to gather information and validate process flows.
