Client is about to start a new HCM Cloud Global implementation. They are a mature client in that they have experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation across various countries and are approaching this HCM implementation with the knowledge gained from those experiences. They are onboarding a Functional Consultant to team up with CHRO six months in advance of the project kick-off to plan ahead of the systems integrator coming on board to get their ducks in a row. Ideal candidate will have experience as a Functional Consultant for all the core HCM modules.
Position : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Experience : 10 years, preference to candidates with industry experience
Work Location : Philadelphia, PA
Work Mode : Hybrid, 3 days WFO
Job Description :
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functional teams within HR departments
- Gathering functional requirements from the client and translating them into Oracle requirements
- Selecting right modules from Oracle HCM suite based on client requirements
- Defining the scope, effort, and timeline for Oracle HCM project
- Designing and delivering Oracle HCM solutions
- Propose changes in business processes as per HR best practices.
- Capturing and documenting functional specifications for various HR processes, reports, etc.
- Problem-solving : Analyzing and resolving functional issues to ensure system performance and functionality
