Duties
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Payroll, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Human Resources
- Manage budgeting processes and financial reporting, utilizing financial software to track expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment on organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports for senior management on administrative performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools used for budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
