General Statement: Under the guidance of the Resident Care Director, the Rose Lane (Memory Care Coordinator) is responsible for maintaining the Resident Care Standards within the Rose Lane Program as well as the planning, development and implementation of these care standards for Residents in accordance with current/existing State regulatory agencies. Assures that the spiritual development, emotional, recreational and social needs are met and maintained on individual basis. Provide leadership and structure for all Rose Lane staff to follow. Provides family education and offers support groups
