Seeking legal assistant for a busy well-established plaintiff firm representing Maine people in personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability cases. Located in Portland’s Old Port, we are looking for someone to help with scheduling, answering phones, document management, correspondence, and to assist the firm’s attorneys and paralegals. For the right candidate there is opportunity for on-the-job paralegal training with opportunity for promotion. Current opening is for an hourly position between 32 and 40 hours per week. The position includes an opportunity for end of year bonus, plus benefits including health insurance, vacation time, paid parking, and generous retirement contributions upon plan eligibility.
