We are looking for a Proposal Writer who has exceptional attention to detail, is a skilled writer and editor, and enjoys the challenges of developing results-driven written responses to legal-based government requests for proposals (RFPs). The Proposal Writer will lead and support the development of written proposals through researching, writing, and submitting compelling RFP proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for advancing business development for the Firm.

Requirements
In this role, you will :
Lead and support the development of written proposals through researching, writing, and submitting compelling RFP's and proposals. This includes all aspects of proposal development and management, from initial RFP review and assessment to forms / document gathering to proposal development and final delivery.
Manage the Firm's RFP / Proposal function
- Research, Identify, and evaluate RFP resources (bid sites).
- With input from the RFP team, monitor, identify, and prioritize RFP prospects for pursual.
- Update, monitor, and maintain RFP sites and expand the Firm's RFP pipeline.
- Lead kickoff and status meetings with key RFP / proposal stakeholders.
- Maintain schedule of deadlines to ensure all RFP tasks are completed on time.

Position details : This is a full-time position located in one of our office locations. Periodic travel to the Firm's other office locations may be required. We are currently working in a hybrid environment, which may allow for remote work as business needs allow. The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. We offer medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, group term life insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, and parental leave. The firm will also cover some public transportation costs.
