KapohoKine Adventures is seeking a self-driven sales associate to join our team at the Grand Naniloa Resort in Hilo. As an Adventure Hub Sales Associate, you will be responsible for explaining and selling retail merchandise and adventure tours in the retail store, taking phone reservations, and interfacing with hotel guests at the concierge desk.
Our ideal candidate will have strong merchandising, sales, and customer service qualities, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to negotiate stairs and lift 25 pounds.
About the Role:
- Explain and sell retail merchandise and adventure tours in the retail store
- Taking phone reservations
- Interface with hotel guests at the concierge desk
- Coordinate tour check-in and dispatch at the tour desk
- Coordinate with subsidiaries, preferred sales affiliates, and guests
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and void-based applications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to negotiate stairs and lift 25 pounds
