The Role:
As a Bid & Marketing Coordinator, you will support business development and marketing initiatives, executing marketing campaigns across digital channels and compiling tender submissions. This position offers creative freedom in developing and executing content strategies and managing brand presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Submissions: Prepare and update tender submissions, expressions of interest, and capability statements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender planning and coordination.
Social Media Management:Manage social media content scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Oversee content production including photography and captions.
Brand Awareness: Assist in event planning, manage site presentations, signage, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Internal Marketing: Update internal documentation and presentations, manage employee benefits programs, and special event communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Commitment to deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Canva and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Collaborative across various levels of the organization.
