Project Manager
Location: Sydney, NSW | Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $165,000 Superannuation
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver commerical and work place fit-out projects within the D&C sector in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and financial oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Design & Construct sector.
- Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract administration, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with construction contracts
- Proficiency in project management software
