What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Pre- and post-contract cost management for large retail and commercial projects.
✅ Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
✅ Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans that are rock solid.
✅ Lead procurement and tendering, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract administration.
✅ Produce monthly cost reports and present them directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
✅ Interface with project teams, contractors, and consultants at all stages of the project.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Degree-qualified as a minimum.
📊 QS consultancy background with experience working on retail, commercial, or large-scale real estate portfolios.
💡 Strong commercial acumen – You know how to manage risk and drive value for clients.
💻 Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software.
🎖 AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded, but not essential).
