Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Brisbane CBD | Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Development (QS), Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably in a PQS environment.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in detailed measurement (MTO), bills of quantities, cost planning, and cost estimating.
- Proficiency in on-screen take-offs using CostX or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with industry-recognized measurement standards (e.g., ANZSMM, AS1181, DTMR Estimating Manual).
- Methodical approach to quantity surveying, ensuring clear and interpretable material take-offs.
- Experience with estimating software such as Expert Estimator, Candy, or CATS (desirable).
- Understanding of quality assurance, workplace health & safety policies.
- Experience in extracting quantities from BIM/Digital Engineering models (desirable).
- Familiarity with Monte Carlo Simulations using @Risk (desirable).
