- Work 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, approximately 6:30am - 5pm
- FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY OFF WORK!

Summary/Objective:
The Production Technician works in a manufacturing environment and operates machines to produce a quality product in a timely manner using a variety of sewing machines and other equipment. We train you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and tend machines that stitch, use hot air, or ultrasonics to join together materials in the manufacturing or garment products.
- Observes seaming to detect quality errors and defects and notifies supervisor or mechanic if defect is caused by machine malfunction.
- Responsible for moving bundles of cutwork within module.
- Fold and pack out products in boxes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Hand/eye coordination.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to read and follow directions.
- Intermediate computer skills to include ERP software.
- Basic math skills including an advanced understanding of units of measure, fractions, and decimals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Production experience preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer and telephone keyboards.
- Noise levels are usually moderate.
- Ability to see and adjust; close vision and distance vision.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
