Kappler Mechanical has been providing heating and cooling services to the Northern Denver area since 2001.

We are currently looking for the next Installer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time.

Pay Range : $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs Benefits
Benefits : Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours)
Required Qualifications :
- Residential install experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Completion of HVAC training preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Great communication skills, friendly
- Willingness to sell add-ons
- NATE Certified is a plus
