Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at KAPPLER in NYC. You will be overlooking the full design process, with a focus on space planning, design conception and project management as well as overlook projects throughout all phases from design concept, design development, interior design, and FF&E to construction documents. You will be responsible to nurture and built long lasting relationships as the project leader as well as overlook budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in commercial interior design or architecture
- Bachelor or higher degree in interior design or architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Office 365 Microsoft
- Keen eye for modern design
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors
- Great communication skills and ability to create long lasting relationships
