Overall Assignment Description:
The Advanced Research Projects Agency -Health (ARPA-H) requires a marketing specialist to design, lead, and execute strategic marketing initiatives and paid ad campaigns. Lead paid digital campaigns, in coordination with the Social Media lead. Manage ARPA-H’s marketing metrics and performance evaluation. Drive engagement among professional audiences. Promote ARPA-H's brand, content, events, funding opportunities, and employment needs. Continuously improve and report marketing campaign performance.
Required skills and Demonstrated Experience:
· Master’s degree
· Minimum of seven years of experience in a marketing or online advertising role, with health or science experience a plus.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Experience working with senior leadership in fast paced environments
· Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Desired skills and Demonstrated Experience:
· HHS or NIH experience
· Advanced Research Project Agency experience
Salary: $140k-$155k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
