TS/SCI Clearance Required
Overall Assignment Description:
The candidate will assist NGA AOT leadership in day-to-day operations. Create memoranda, briefings, monthly reports, papers, meeting minutes and documents. Generate input for weekly activity reports and weekly staff meetings. Perform as primary action officer for tasks assigned, which includes coordinating the task, ensuring that all requirements are met and fully addressed. Prepare Action Items and Notes commitments made by executives during meetings and arranges for follow-on meetings and implementation. Anticipate and prepare materials needed for conference, correspondence, appointments, meeting, telephone calls, etc. Review outgoing correspondence for NGA approval and summarize the content of incoming materials. Review publications, agency regulations and directives, and take action or refers those that are important to the NGA interests. Advise administrative personnel in subordinate offices on new procedures; requests information needed from the subordinate office(s) for periodic or special conferences, reports, inquiries, etc. Managing/quality control content in an online/web environment.
Required skills and Demonstrated Experience:
· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Security or Science field or at least 7 years relevant experience in the counter terrorism or physical security field in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience authoring, coordinating, and maintaining a repository of MOUs, MOAs, SOPs, etc.
· Experience managing office actions, meetings and activities
· Experience planning, leading and implementing successful completion of major project initiatives and efforts
· Experience with handling and portion marking classified material along with regulations related to JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet domains.
· Experience interfacing with different personalities in a range of positions, including many at very senior levels within multiple agencies
· Strong skills with COTS and GOTS multi-media software tools and processes.
· Proficient with Intelink procedures and processes and expert MicroSoft applications
· Familiarity with current and legacy NGA products and policies, to include data, content, supporting services and applicable registries
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, to include preparation and delivery of briefings and training)
· Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute and report tasks as identified by the government
Desired skills and Demonstrated Experience:
· Experience writing Business Plans, CONOPS, policies and other technical documents
· Experience in content rules/governance, to include policies, logical practices, procedures and decision forums
· Experience in SharePoint advanced user and Data Transfer Officer certified
· Experience with the US Intelligence Community and specifically Geospatial Information System (GIS) aspects
· Experience of NGA, DoD and IC regulations
Salary: $115k - $130k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
