Assignment Description:
Advise and assist with Information Technology (IT) strategic planning, governance, and business analysis. Develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts. Organize, coordinate, and facilitate program management reviews (PMRs). Create, coordinate, and manage metrics and performance measures. Translate operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications. Develop and maintain governance documents and standard operating procedures. Provide assessment and develop and track recommendations of governance topics. Write reports, update SharePoint sites, and document outcomes for multiple Agency and Component-level governance forums.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree with 11 years of experience or 19 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Extensive knowledge of, and in-depth experience, skill and expertise working corporate governance issues
- Skilled in the use of MS Office Products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Skilled in writing and preparing governance products such as standard operating procedures, PMR briefings, etc.
- Extensive experience participating in as-required information and decision desk-side briefings, issue update meetings, discussions, pre-briefs, and debriefings
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of an integrated team

- Experience assessing, analyzing, and improving processes
Salary: $130k - $140k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
