What You'll Do
- Drive direct sales of our products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine lead generation strategies to ensure a robust and high-quality sales pipeline.
- Navigate short and long sales cycles with efficiency, agility, and a strong customer focus.
- Build and manage high-profile territories or accounts, serving as a key contact for strategic partners and clients.
- Influence and negotiate deal terms with broad autonomy, adapting to customer needs while aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate across teams and mentor colleagues, helping to deepen understanding of products, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
- A deep understanding of business strategy, Connected Vehicle landscape and ITS
- Experience working and building relationships with state and federal governments
- Recognized expertise in one or more relevant domains (e.g., automotive tech, IoT, mobility services).
- A proven track record of success in complex technology sales environments, managing sophisticated deals and relationships.
- Strong planning and resource management skills, both for your own accounts and in support of team initiatives.
