About this position
In this role as an inside sales representative, you’ll be responsible for helping expand Kapture Pest Control across our market by building a strong new customer base. You will also be responsible to expand services with our existing client base.
As part of our proactive strategy, you’ll reaching out to our database on a daily basis. You'll connect with past customers, past leads as well as existing customers. You will also be looking to generate interest in our services and deepen the relationship with existing customers.
At the same time, you’ll also be a great listener who can identify a customer’s pest control challenges and explain how our treatments can solve them.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily cold calls to prospects for inside sales
* Follow up with past leads, customers, and new prospects
* Gain expert knowledge of our products and services to provide effective solutions
* Collecting payments when necessary
* Utilize and update CRM software to manage customer data
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
* Saturday availability
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be self motivated and take ownership of schedule
* Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
* Well organized and detail oriented
* Results driven
* Willing to collaborate with all members of the team
