Summary:
Kapur is seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills to provide troubleshooting support on basic IT related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities:
· Provide first-level support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
· Troubleshooting basic hardware issues with PCs, printers, and peripherals.
· Resolving common software problems such as operating systems or applications.
· Assisting with network connectivity issues.
· Logging and tracking support requests in a ticketing system.
· Troubleshooting software installation.
· Providing basic user training and documentation.
· Maintaining IT Department Intranet Pages
· Building and maintaining IT Knowledge Base
Education/Requirements:
· High School Diploma required.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
· 2 years of providing first-level support to end users.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Suite tool such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
· Familiarity with Office 365 User Administration, Intune, Entra, and Defender.
· Active Directory Administration.
· Knowledge of networking technologies and principles.
· ITIL or CompTIA A Certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.03 - $23.18 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
