Kapusta Financial Group is a fee-based investment advisor in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA seeking an experienced advisor to join our team. The Wealth Advisor Associate position is a support role to the lead advisor. The position requires an individual who has a thorough knowledge of the financial services business and who is committed to being part of a team that delivers a comprehensive client solution. This individual must have strong relationship management skills, be reliable, organized and deadline driven.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct investment research (ETF’s, Mutual Funds, & securities)
- Production of performance reports
- Assist with quarterly investment rebalancing
- Support the lead advisor in all areas of the client relationship
- Participate in client meetings with lead advisor to develop client acquisition skills and to support the conversion of prospects to clients
- Prepare for and lead ongoing client review meetings
- Coordinate and implement financial plans under the supervision of the lead advisor
- Attend meetings with lead advisor and take responsibility of follow-up tasks
- Development of relationships with clients and provide basic advice
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Background and experience in the financial services industry and investment research
- 3 years of financial advice and relationship management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent work experience with background in the financial services industry is required
LICENSES & CREDENTIALS:
- Active Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation preferred but not required
