Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all processes align with company goals.
- Oversee Security staff as well as Yard Driver's.
- Manage Fueling, Temperature controls and the grounds.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Monitor profit and loss statements to maintain financial health of the department or organization.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities.
- Bilingual Preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies.
- Strong background in management and strategic planning.
- Experience in process improvement techniques and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.
