Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the Yard Truck Driver's and Wash Dock.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance across all departments.
- Drive project management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision for growth.
- Oversee business development efforts to identify new opportunities for expansion and profitability.
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands.
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in managing profit loss statements and understanding financial metrics related to operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
