Job Overview

Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and vendors to ensure smooth service.
- Manage ordering and inventory control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and restaurant operations.
- Experience managing inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant software (Yelp, Toast)
- A background in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
