RESPONSIBILITIES :

Establish customer relationships and follow up with prospects

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the benefits of State Farm products

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Sales prospecting through community outreach, phone calls, and social media

Systematic follow-up on internet-generated sales leads

Clear notetaking and use of a robust CRM tool

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Experience managing client relationships is preferred

Interest in marketing products & services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

Self-Starter, empathetic, and good listening skills are a must

Required to obtain Property and Casualty Licenses, as well as Life & Health Licenses

Ability & driven to achieve sales & marketing goals

Dedicated to customer service & ability to relate to people of all walks of life

Team player

Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
