- Repair damaged units
- Periodic travel
- Quality control for new units
- Conduct virtual servicing calls (remote servicing)
- Maintain a record of unit repair cycle
- Log and analyze unit repair incidents
Required Job Qualifications:
- Home appliance repair experience
- Customer service oriented
- 2-4 years of experience
- English
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
