Karash Construction Corp is a well-established and reputable construction company specializing in residential remodeling and addition projects. We are expanding our team to continue delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated Field Coordinator to assist in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations on job sites.

As the Field Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Manager to supervise construction projects and ensure the smooth operation of each project from start to finish. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with the supervision of construction projects, including on-site work and project scheduling.
• Communicate with staff regarding schedule changes, change orders, product shortages, potential problems, and proposed solutions.
• Schedule and be on-site for material deliveries, and deliver materials, equipment, and tools to job sites as needed.
• Oversee quality control by completing and reviewing project checklists to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in meetings with county inspectors and sub-trades for project coordination.
• Submit daily logs, photos, and videos; organize and track schedules; and upload necessary documents for projects through our construction platform.
• Ensure light construction cleaning is completed at each project site, maintaining a clean and tidy job site.
• Travel to and from projects on a daily basis.
• Attend required training and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a construction or field coordination role.
• Tech-oriented and comfortable with cutting-edge cloud-based environments and apps.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction management software and daily documentation processes.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company-provided vehicles.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
