Karat Packaging (Nasdaq symbol ‘KRT’) by Lollicup USA, Inc, headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in AZ, CA, HI, IL, NJ, SC, TX, and WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
· Recruit for CA and Regional locations
· Post & refresh openings on really and social media websites
· Create offer letters
· Conduct orientation
· Coordinate temp staffing with employment agencies (staffing, timesheets, invoices)
· Update Invoice/temp staffing/COI tracker
· Other related duties as needed
Requirements:
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Time management and organizational skills
· Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
· Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools
· ADP Workforce
· Onboarding and recruiting experience
· Bilingual in Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
