Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Lead and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other interdisciplinary teams
- Manage budgets, staffing, and strategic planning for the rehab department
- Implement and oversee our sensory program to enhance therapy outcomes
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and patients
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a PT, OT, or SLP (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience in rehabilitation leadership preferred
- Strong team-building and leadership skills
- Passion for patient care and innovative therapy programs
